A: 130g butter , 65g icing sugar, 1 egg
B: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon essence, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 60g Quaker oats, 50g almond nibs, 150g plain flour
Method:
1. Beat ingredient A until smooth. Fold in ingredient B, mix until a soft dough is formed.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 150C for 15-20 minutes. Remove cookies, cool well and store.
